1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup white wine
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger
2 c. chicken or beef, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons extra light olive oil

1/2 red onion, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
3 medium carrots, sliced
1 to 2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon white cooking wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons ginger powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and marinate chicken or beef.
Prepare vegetables in bite sized pieces.
Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, wine, sesame oil, vinegar,and ginger.

Heat oil in large pan. Add meat and cook until tender. Push to the outside of the pan. Add more oil. Add vegetables and stir fry until tender, but still crisp. Add the sauce mix. Stir and cook until desired consistency.
