1 lb. Lean ground beef.
1 med. onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 large jar of prego spegetti sauce
1/2 tsp. Crush red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meet with onion and garlic in olive oil. Add prego and red pepper. Bring to slow boil, lower heat and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over your favorite pasta.

I use to make this from scratch. I got lazy and started to use a can of prego and adding a few ingredients and found it was just as good and a whole lot easier.
