1 pound beets, boiled and grated
2 ounces fresh horseradish, grated
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the beets and horseradish. Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and water. Bring to a boil in a sauce pot. Pour over the grated beets/horseradish mixture. Mix thoroughly. Store in jar in the refrigerator. Serve with Easter ham.
