In a large bowl mix:
1375 ml (5 1/2 c) all purpose flour
625 ml (2 1/2 c) white sugar
3 c natural bran
2 c all bran cereal

In second bowl combine well:
4 c buttermilk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c oil
3 tbsp. baking powder
125 ml (1/2 c) molasses

Add liquid mix to dry mix. Stir in 500 ml (2 c) raisins. Will keep covered in fridge for 6 weeks. Bake in greased tins 180ºC (350ºF) for 15 to 20 min.

General Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly to eliminate the unhappy surprise of finding all the baking powder in one muffin.
2. Mix liquid ingredients thoroughly.
3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
4. Bake as above.
