Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Combine in a bowl:
1 1/2 C. Flour
3/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt

Mix together:
1 Egg well beaten
1/3 C. Vegetable Oil
1/2 C. Buttermilk
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well

Add 1 1/2 - 2 C. finely chopped Rhubarb
1/2 C. Chopped Nuts

Directions:

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients and pour into greased muffin paper cups. Fill 1/2 to 2/3 full.

Crumb Topping:
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Finely ground nuts
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Mix topping and spoon over muffins prior to baking.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Mom was always good about making homemade baked goods using rhubarb. She often froze it and then used it later in the year. The handwriting on the card looks like my Aunt Anita's handwriting
