Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts- I used a 3 lb. pkg. and cut breasts in half
2 Tbsp. butter
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of water
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper
2 (10 oz.) buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crock pot with Pam
Lay chicken- cover with soup mixture
Cook high 3-3 1/2 hrs Recipe did call for more time but were done quicker in my crock pot. (You can add the chicken breasts frozen and that is a full 6-8 hrs on high then)
2-10 oz Buttermilk Biscuits Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces
Drop on top of chicken Cover-Cook 35 minutes
You can add all the ingredients except the biscuits in the morning, and when you get home from work or a day of running around, just cut up the biscuits and add them on top of the hot mixture, close the cover, and they will be done in about 35 minutes. Just enough time to make a side vegetable dish!
