2 c Shredded Kraft natural Swiss Cheese
2 tbsp Flour
1 1/2 c Half & Half
4 Eggs beaten
3/4 c Chopped cooked Ham or Bacon
1/2 tsp Salt
dash of White Pepper
9 inch unbaked Deep Dish Pastry Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cheese with flour. Add half and half, eggs, ham or bacon and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350º for 55-60 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Using half and half the Quiche will stay "fluffy".
If you use whole milk or reduced fat the Quiche will rise in the oven but will "fall" some when cooled.
