"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt (preferably Kosher salt)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 1/3 c. (or more) flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, dissolve yeast and brown sugar in warm water. Let sit 10 min.
2. Stir salt and oil into yeast solution. Mix in 2 1/2 cups flour
3. Turn dough onto well-floured surface and knead in remaining flour until dough is no longer sticky. Place dough in well-oiled bowl and cover with clean cloth. Let dough rise until double, about one hour. Punch down dough and form a tight ball. Allow dough to rest for a few minutes before rolling out. Use for favorite pizza recipe.
4. Preheat oven at 425º. If you are baking dough on a pizza stone you may place your toppings on dough and bake immediately. If you are baking your pizza in a pan, lightly oil the pan and let dough rise for 15-20 min. before topping and baking.
5. Bake pizza in preheated oven until cheese and crust are golden brown, about 15 minutes.
