Directions:
Boil turkey bones for about and hour, until the meat can be easily picked off. When cool pick off the meat and add it pack to the cooking liquid. Discard the bones.

Add crushed tomatoes, cut into chunks the potatoes, carrots, onion and add them to the pot with some salt and garlic salt. Bring everything back to a boil over medium high heat then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.

When vegetables are tender add the Veg-All, bring back to a boil and add the rice. Boil for an additional 1/2 hour to cool the rice and the soup should be ready to eat.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We loved this soup especially when the bones came from a smoked turkey! This is exactly how Grandma Sheahan told me to make it. I have changed things a little with our own preferences but this is the original recipe.
