Crust:
1 1/4 cup flour
1 stick butter (room temp)

Cheese Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 carton of cool whip (large).

Filling: Chocolate
2 packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix flour and butter and pat into 9x13 greased pan. Bake crust at 350* F for 25 minutes. Let cool.

Cheese Filling: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip together. When crust is cooled spread the cheese mixture on top of the crust.

Chocolate Filling: Mix pudding and milk together. Pour over cheese filling, top with remaining cool whip.

Chill until firm. Keep refrigerated.
