1 1/2 lbs. fresh asparagus
1 pkg. hollandaise sauce mix (Knorr)
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. diced jalapeno pepper
2 t. diced pimiento
Garnishes: fresh cilantro sprigs, lemon slices, red jalapeno

Directions:
Directions:
Snap off ends of asparagus. Arrange in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Arrange on serving plate, keep warm.

Prepare hollandaise sauce mix according to package directions; stir in Parmesan cheese, jalapeno and pimiento. Serve over asparagus.
