Directions:
Combine all liquid ingredients, mix in eggs, salt and 2 cups flour, add remaining four one cup at a time into dough to the 5th to 6th cup, put ½ cup flour onto counter and work dough on counter until flour is mixed in as little as possible. DO NOT knead this dough after the flour is mixed in. Dough will remain somewhat sticky. Grease bowl with shortening or vegetable oil and place dough back into bowl to let raise until double.

Grease hands with shortening or oil really well, and punch down dough in bowl, pinch off dough balls about the size of half of fist and make rounded buns, placing pinched dough side downward. Put in greased cookie sheet pans or cake pan and let rise 25 minutes

Bake: 20-25 minutes at 350 degree preheated oven until golden brown.
Brush with butter to keep soft when served.

Personal Notes:
These buns are also good make with 1/2 whole wheat flour. Also, most yeast breads are kneaded on a flour board, but not these sticky buns. These are excellent with ham as they are slightly sweet. Can be made hamburger patty size or smaller slider size
