3 cloves garlic,finely chopped
3 tomatoes,diced
pinch oregano
1/2 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients in frying pan. Pour in oil. Cover and cook until pan boils. Remove lid and cook 10 minutes more and serve.

It doesnt get any easier than this. And sounds romantic. I would imagine you could substitute thinly cut chicken breasts or tenders. I think it may have been served to "boost" the Spaghetti Alla Carbonara since the recipes appear on the same page!
