4-6 c. cooked broccoli stems and buds (frozen or if fresh cook ahead of time)
1 c. uncooked rice (cook rice before making casserole)
1 stalk celery diced into very small pieces
1/2 onion diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 T. butter
2 cups cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice before making the casserole. Use only the amount of rice needed.
Partially cook the onions and celery in the butter. Mix all ingredients. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.

Bake in oven at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
