12 anchovy fillets(drained)
6 large garlic cloves
4 egg yolks
2 tsp dried oregano,crumbled
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 lb. plus 2 oz. feta cheese,crumbled
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbl. sour cream
2 bunches fresh chives,minced
2 Tbl. drained capers
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Tabasco sauce
Pita bread,cut into triangles

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 4 ing. in food processor till smooth. With machine running, gradually add olive oil and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to large bowl. Stir in cheese, sour cream, chives and capers. Season with salt and pepper and hot pepper sauce (optional). (Can be prepared one day ahead, cover and refrigerate). Serve with pita bread triangles.

Having been to Mykonos myself, I can attest this is a very authentic dip. It is also VERY garlicky but addicting. I Iike it slightly warm.
