1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grape jam
1 cup catsup
2 Tbl. apple cider vinegar

Directions:

This accompanies Smoked Mahogony Pork Loin .
Saute bacon and onion in medium saucepan until onion is tender;drain. Add jam,catsup, and vinegar to saucepan;simmer 10-15 minutes. stirring occasionally. Yield;2/13 cups
