1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Chopped Celery
2 T Butter
1 Tomato, peeled and chopped
1 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms (not drained)
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
Crushed Red Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart dish combine onion, bell pepper, celery and butter.
Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients, cover and cook on high another 5 minutes.
Serve over fish, vegetables or eggs.
