2 (8oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1-2 lb. shrimp, peeled and boiled, chopped
1 stalk (rib) celery, finely chopped
½ medium onion, finely chopped
1 bottle of white wine (may use less)
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
½ tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream cheese in a large broiler over medium heat.
When soft, add all the ingredients, except the wine.
Mix well and when it starts to boil, add wine gradually. Stir constantly.
Use half the bottle of wine and keep adding to desired thickness.
Pour into chafing dish or any large dish and serve with chips or crackers.
