1 package Hot dogs
1 16oz bag frozen corn
˝ lb bacon
1 medium chopped onion
1 large can tomato sauce
Mash potatoes
Olives (stuff green and black)
Season as you like- I use
Garlic powder
Parsley
Italian seasonings
Pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté bacon and onion in a little olive oil, when bacon is brown and onions are tender put in sliced hot dogs and cook until hot dogs are a little browned. Add tomatoes sauce, corn and seasoning. Simmer for about 45 minutes. While this is simmering make the mash potatoes.

Serve the stew in bowls with the mash potatoes on top…make a jack-o-lantern face with the slices olives…eat and enjoy!!!!

You can substitute the mash potatoes for elbows. If you use elbows boil pasta for 5 minutes, drain, and then add to the mixture and continuing cooking until pasta is to done.
