1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup yellow corn meal
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together,except for soda. Add the baking soda to sour cream; and add this mixture to the beaten egg and combine with the dry ingredients. Bake 25 minutes at 375º.

Fill muffin tins 2/3 full, this makes 8 large or 12 medium muffins. .

Makes a moister muffin, not so dry and crumbly like normal corn meal muffins.
