Ingredients:  
1 pound Italian Sausage (out of casing)
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced.
2 beef bouillion cubes with 3 c. water or 2 cups beef broth with 1 1/2 c. water
1/2 cup red wine or Port wine (its better with Port)
1 large cup of chopped tomatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 8 oz cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 1/2 c sliced zucchini
1 bag cheese tortellini
1 whole green pepper sliced/diced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain grease. ( leave about 1 TBL to saute onion and garlic in). Cut up sausage into little pieces.
Saute onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, beef cubes with water, carrots, tomato sauce. Cook 20 minutes.
Add: Zucchini, tortellini, green pepper, spices and Port. Cook till tortellini is done and tender.

Makes one large pot of soup.
