4 pounds beef, fat should be trimmed off. Either rump roast or top round
1 jar giardiniera (in oil) - I used Mild - Hot is really hot –
1 jar whole pepperoncini (drain and remove stems)
1 Pkg Italian or Zesty Italian dry mix (found by the dressings)
French Bread

Directions:

Sprinkle roast with Italian Seasoning - I used maybe 2 tbsp
Add Giardiniera
Add up to whole jar of pepperoncinis
Cover and cook 'til tender
Shred beef and serve over french rolls
