Cranberry Salad Recipe

1 large box or 2 small boxes Strawberry Jello
2 c Hot Water
1 c Sugar
1 tbs Lemon juice
1 large can crushed Pineapple juice and all
1 bag Fresh Cranberry's
2 small Tangerines peels included
1 c chopped Celery
1/2 c chopped Pecans
1 pkg Knox Gelatin - softened per instructions on box

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jello, sugar and hot water until all is dissolved. Add lemon juice, pineapple, celery and nuts. Stir in softened gelatin.

Grind cranberry's and tangerines in food processor until finely chopped.

Mix with jello and pour into to Tuperware mold or bowl of your choice sprayed with Pam. Refrigerate over night.

To unmold run under hot water for 10 seconds.

This was a recipe Mom got from Mrs. Ora Dean Bailey. She was one of the ladies in the Ham Radio Operators Ladies Auxiliary Club. The only changes made was to add the Knox gelatin to help it hold its shape.
