1 - 1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
1/2 lb Sausage
2 c Cracker Crumbs
1/2 c Onion, chopped
1 Egg
1/4 c Parsley, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Pepper
3 large handfuls Brown Sugar
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in butter until tender, cool. Mix all ingredients (except tomato sauce and 1 handful of brown sugar) together. Make 3/4" balls and brown in skillet in small batches. When all are browned place in crock pot. Add tomato sauce and remaining brown sugar. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
