3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
2 poblano peppers
3 jalapeno peppers (adjust spice to your liking)
1 large white onion
1 can niblets corn
6 cups hash brown potatoes (can use frozen ones in a bag)
500 g chorizo sausage (could use ready cooked bacon pieces)
salt & pepper

Preparation at home
Dice peppers and onions
Fry sausage and cut into small pieces
Dehydrate all ingredients (use separate trays to ensure each ingredient is dry)
Pack veggies in bag with salt & pepper to taste
Pack sausage separately (could be a bit greasy)

On the trail
Cover veggies with 1 inch of water and bring to a boil.
Add sausage and simmer for 15 minutes
Eat moist, or if up to it, brown in a fry pan in a bit of oil

If you go with the ready made bacon bits, just add them to the moist cooked potatoes, mix and enjoy.
