1/2 c lean ground beef
1/2 c raw rice long grain
1/2 c finely chopped onion
1/2 c finely chopped green pepper
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine ground beef ,rice,onion, pepper,egg, salt and pepper. Mix we'll to blend. Shape meat into balls. Place meatballs in slow cooker. Pour soup over balls. Cover and cook slow at medium for7-8 hours
