1 c. peanut butter (I use JIF)
1 c. Splenda brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.º.

Stir all ingredients together until mixture is in a ball form.

Drop 1 tbsp. of mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Use a fork to flatten and make a criss-cross design on top of the cookies.

**I use a cup of hot water to dip the fork in after each cookie to keep it from sticking.

Bake for 10 minutes and let cool five minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
