1 lb Ground Turkey
8-14oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 small onion
1 package chili spice (I use hot)
1 15 oz can kidney beans
1 15 0z can chili beans

Directions:
Directions:
In large stockpot cook meat over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess grease. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the onion is cooked and softened.

I use ground turkey but you can use whatever ground meat you prefer. Great when served with sour cream, cheddar cheese & avocado.
