1 medium head cabbage shredded
2 c bean sprouts
2 c mushrooms
1/2 c sunflower seed
1/2 c sliced almonds
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/2 pkg chow mein noodles
1 pkg ichiban noodles broken
Dressing
4 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 T sugar
Seasoning from Ichiban
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toast sunflower, almonds and sesame seeds in oven till brown. .combine all but the last 2 ingredients ahead of time .. Add noodles then drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Serve at once
