Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 3-ounce package instant lemon pudding
5 large eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
2 T vanilla extract
1 tsp grated lemon rind

Sauce:
5 T orange juice
3 T fresh lemon juice
2 cups confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix all cake ingredients except lemon rind. Beat on medium speed with electric mixer for 10-12 minutes, scraping bowl sides often.
2. Stir in lemon rind. Turn batter into greased and floured 10" tube pan, preferably with lift out center. Bake 45-55 minutes or until toothpick stuck halfway between pan's tube and sides comes out clean.
3. Take cake out of oven, leaving oven heat on.
4. Holding 2 toothpicks firmly together, (I use an ice pick) punch holes all over cake as deeply as you can.
5. Pour sauce all over cake and into ice pick holes. Return cake to oven for 5 more minutes.
6. Remove cake from oven and let cool for 30 minutes before moving cake to serving platter.
