Crust:
1 1/2 cup coarsely ground walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
2 T sugar

Filling:
4 pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 T lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Topping:
2 cups ice cold sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese at medium speed until smooth for 5 minutes.
2. Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat thoroughly.
3. Add eggs one at a time, scraping the sides after each addition. Beat for 5 minutes. Spoon over the crust.
4. Put pan on an insulated baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes. Turn the heat off and leave in the oven for another 30 minutes.

Topping:
1. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla and blend until it's light and foamy.
2. Spoon over top of the cake and bake at 250ºF for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Wrap it in foil and refrigerate overnight.
