2 lbs bulk sausage
4 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup raw rice
2 envelopes dry chicken noodle soup mix
1 large green pepper
1 large onion, diced
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 package (about 3 ozs.) slivered almonds
Parsley and paprika for garnish.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage slowly then pour off grease. Add rice to boiling waer, along with soup mix. Bring to boil and boil seven minutes. Remove from heat, but do not drain. Add sausage, pepper onion and celery to rice mixture. Pour into a greased casserole and sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
