2- 8oz blocks of Cream Cheese softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 container of frozen chopped spinach
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 red onion
1/2 lemon
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
softened cream cheese and thaw chopped spinach. squeeze excess water out of spinach.

Once cream cheese is softened add sour cream mix until well blended add crushed garlic,spinach and red onion. mix well. put in a 9x9 or smaller pan. squeeze 1/2 of lemon over top of mixture. top with grated cheddar cheese

Bake 325 f for 25 min .
