4 pork chops
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups mushrooms
1 onion, small
3/4 cup Beef broth
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper
Oils & vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oil over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Brown pork on each side (about 3 minutes each side). Remove pork, add broth and soup to pan and whisk to release any brown bits in the pan. Lay onion & mushrooms in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with pork and pour the soup mixture over top. Cook on low 7-8 hours or until pork is tender. Serve over rice, or mashed potatoes.

Mark usually loves his pork chops on the bar-b-que grill, but, it is freezing outside below 0 & I didn't want to stand outside grilling. So, I decided to make these pork chops in the crock pot & I just wasn't sure if he would like it. But, I had it brewing in the crockpot all day & when I dished up his plate he took one bite, and said, "this is really good." I was so pleased that he liked it. And we had plenty of gravy left over that the next day we had bread & gravy, yum, yum!
