2 cups flour
1 cup butter
6 Tbsp. powder sugar
½ tsp. salt

Mix all together and pat into a 9x13 inch glass pan. Bake @ 10-15 minutes. Cool

4 ½ cups rhubarb cut up
2 ½ cups sugar
4 Tbs. Flour
2/3 cup of evaporated milk
5 egg yolks
½ tsp. salt

Directions:

Cook until thick on med heat. Stir occasionally will scorch easy. Cool a little bit. Pour over crust.

Beat 5 egg whites and 8 Tbsp. of sugar to stiff peaks. Spread over the rhubarb make sure edges are sealed.

Bake @ 350º 10-12 minutes until meringue is golden brown.
