3eggs
1cup oil
2cups sugar
2 cups shredded zucchini
3 tsp vanilla
3cups flour
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1tbsp cinnamon
2cups mixed fruit
1cup chopped nuts
Directions:

Beat eggs oil and sugar. Blend in the rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350º for 1hour. Makes 2 loaf pans
