3 lbs chicken wings
1 egg beaten
1 c flour
1 c butter

Sauce
3 T Soya sauce
1 c white sugar
3 T water
1/2 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved.

Cut wings in half, remove tips. Dip in egg, then in flour. Fry in butter until golden brown and crisp. Place in shallow pan. Pour sauce over. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
