5 c. dried navy beans soaked overnight and drained
1 lb ham, cub15 oz. corn drained
4 oz. mild diced green chilies drained
1 onion diced (optional)
salt and black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover; cook on low for 8-10 hours or until beans are tender
