3-4 chicken breasts
6 6" flour tortilla shells (soft)
1/2 c sour cream
1 c picante sauce or salsa
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 c shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chicken. I usually boil it.
Shred the chicken
To make the enchilada sauce/topping:
Mix sour cream, picante sauce/salsa, chili powder, cream of chicken soup in a mixing bowl.
To make the enchilada filling:
Take one cup of that mixture out and mix in a separate bowl with shredded cheese and shredded chicken breasts.
Put the filling inside the tortillas and wrap them up and place them in a casserole pan.
Once all the tortillas are filled and in the pan then top with the remaining sauce/topping.
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
