2 lb. skinless chicken breasts
1/4 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. cooked ham steak
1 large white onion
1 green pepper
4 tomatoes
2 small yellow squash (zucchini)
1 red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup white wine
1 pint tomato puree
1 tsp. tabasco sauce
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
dash of orengano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
pinch of garlic powder
butter
served with rice

Cut chicken into bite size chunks. Cut ham ¼x1 squares and bacon into 1/2" pieces.

Julienne cut veggies and then saute veggies till soft in 1/3 # butter. Add black pepper, sugar. Drain off liquid.

Saute bacon till half cooked; add Ham & Chicken add 1/2 cup White Wine. When Chicken is firm add 1 pint tomato puree & 1 tsp. Tabasco, Worcester & cayenne, paprika, oregano, basil, parsley & pinch of garlic powder. Fold Together! Serve over rice!
