3 cups chopped, COOKED chicken
3- 4 oz cans of mild green chiles, including liquid (in Mexican section of store)
1/2-1 cup chopped onion
4 cups fat free chicken broth
2 tsp dried oregano (or to taste)
2 tsp ground cumin(or to taste)
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. frozen corn kernels (optional)
3 cans Great Northern White Beans, including liquid. (puree 1 can in blender to thicken chile)
1 pkg Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients (except the cheese) in a crock pot, letting it simmer for 1 hour. Stir in the shredded cheese just before serving, or can place the cheese on top of individual servings. Can also serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, chives, black olives, and tortilla chips.
