1 lb. lean ground beef
½ medium onion diced
1 can cream mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
1 cup milk
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
2 tsp. beef bouillon
1 pkg. egg noodles cooked
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef and onion in frying pan and brown. Drain grease from beef and rinse with water, put back in fry pan. Melt butter and blend in flour then add the milk gradually stirring constantly, it will thicken as it cooks. Add the soup & beef bouillon. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice, top with sour cream I like to have soy sauce on it.

I adapted this recipe from Betty Crocker and my kids have requested it many times when they were young and growing up. It is quick and easy to make.
