1 16oz can of chickpeas
1/4 Cup liquid from the chickpeas
3-5 Tbsp lemon juice (depending on taste )
1 1/2 Tbsp tahini
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain chickpeas and set aside liquid from can.
Combine remaining ingredients in food processor.
Add 1/4 cup of liquid from chickpeas. Blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth to desired consistently.

You can add anything you want to the HUMMIS to flavor to your taste. Example : roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, salsa, pine nuts and so forth.
