4 - 5 chicken breasts, slightly pounded
4 T. milk and 2 eggs mixed

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 small can French fried onions, crushed

3/4 - 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasonings and crushed French fried onions in large ziplock.
Dip chicken in milk/egg mixture.
Dip or shake chicken in bread crumb mixture. Place in 9 X 13 in pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Pour melted butter over chicken and for another 25 - 30 minutes.
