4 – 6 pork chops
Seasoned to taste (seasoned salt, pepper, poultry seasoning)
1 cup rice
1 large onion
2 chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops on stove. Place browned pork chops in roasting pan. Add rice. Cut up onion (into large chunks), place on top of rice. Add water (with bouillon) to the roasting pan. Cover and cook for 1 hour at 350*. Watch water, may need to add a little while it is cooking.
