1c. Flour
1c. Corn Meal
1/2c. Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 egg beaten
1 1/4 c. Buttermilk
1 TBS vegetable oil
Optional: Can of creamed corn

Mix Dry ingredients.Add Egg. buttermilk and oil. Pour into greased loaf pan or an 8x8 pan. Bake@ 400ºfor 30-35 min.
