1 quart milk
15 eggs, beaten
Pinch of salt
Pinch of white pepper
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan. Gradually stir in beaten eggs. Cook over low heat until mixture starts to thicken and form curds, about 7 minutes. Add seasonings and sugar, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Pour mixture into a cheese cloth or linen towel, squeeze and tie the opening tightly. Hang up and let drain for at least two hours, or until set; or place bag in colander and let drain into a large bowl, Refrigerate until serving time, Slice thinly and serve with Easter ham.
