This is a Boehm family favorite for Thanksgiving. It has been served for many years and I adopted it when I married Tim. It is excellent side dish with turkey and it is easy to make. The other nice thing is it can be made the day before Thanksgiving as compared to any other salad.

You can see it being served at our Thanksgiving dinner whenever we hosted it at our house.
