1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cut into small chunks
3 c. cubed apples

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Beat sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; add flour. Beat mixture until just combined; fold in cheese until dough is evenly mixed.
Slice/cube apples and spread into a 9 X 13-in. baking dish. Spoon dough mixture over apples to evenly cover.
Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, approx. 35 - 40 minutes.
