1 package Stove Top Stuffing
7 Eggs
1 package frozen hash-browns w/peppers and onions
2 cups half and half
1 package cheese (velveeta or chedder)
16 ounces sausage (ham or bacon)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
mushrooms, canned or fresh
Black Olives, sliced
1 stick butter, melted
Italian-Seasoning (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan Preheat oven to 350 degree's

Spread dry stove top dressing, hash-brown, green pepper's and onion, meat, black olives, mushrooms, cheeses.

Mix eggs, 1/2 and 1/2, dry mustard, pour over cheese ....let stand overnight.

Pour 1 stick melted butter before baking....Bake covered 1 hr....Bake uncovered 1/2

Notes: * I use hashbrowns, and saute chopped green pepper and onion
Southwestern hashbrowns are too highly seasoned for my taste.

* I use cheddar cheese (8oz) and mozzarella (8oz)

*I used a 1 lb package of chopped ham. Sausage is good also.
